Technical instructions for speakers

All sessions will be held in the Wallace Lecture Theatre (map reference 9)

Powerpoint 2007 is installed on the computer in the lecture theatre. Please see a member of the organising team in the break prior to your session in order to load your talk. Presenters are welcome to use their own laptops if they prefer but should let the organisers know in advance.

We plan to host PDF versions of the presentations on the workshop website after the event. If you would prefer not to make your work available online, please let us know.

The sessions will be structured as follows:

Keynote paper sessions (Monday 18 April)
- Each speaker will be allocated 25 minutes for their presentation
- There will be 5 minutes allocated following each paper for general discussion and specific questions to authors

Selected poster presentations (Monday 18 April)
- Each speaker will be allocated 5 minutes for their presentation
- Questions can be directed to speakers in the following poster session

Paper sessions (Tuesday 19 April)
- Each speaker will be allocated 15 minutes for their presentation
- Once all papers in the session have been presented, an invited discussant will present a short response (10 minutes)
- There will then be 20 minutes for general discussion and specific questions to authors

Stakeholder/practitioner session (Thursday 21 April)
- Each speaker will be allocated 20 minutes for their presentation
- Once all papers in the session have been presented, there will be 15 minutes for general discussion and specific questions to authors. Discussion will be taken forward in following workshops
